Living in Singapore, one thing I really appreciate is how safe it is. I can walk home late at night without worrying too much, and that’s something I don’t take for granted at all.
I also love our public transport system—it’s fast, affordable, and gets me almost anywhere. Of course, there are days with train faults and delays, but overall, it’s still so convenient compared to many places I’ve been.
That said, there are little things I don’t love as much. Almost everything here is man-made—even our beaches and some parks—so it doesn’t have that raw, natural scenery you see in other countries. And with the sheer number of cars and people, it can feel busy and crowded, especially on weekends.
But at the end of the day, Singapore is still home. And no matter where I travel, it’s always nice to come back to the safety, the efficiency, and that familiar comfort.
