This is a tough daily prompt but definitely, there are things to share—because honestly, I can’t decide. Every season has given me something to remember, something to fall in love with.
Summer in Europe in 2023 was unforgettable. I wandered through Cologne and Bonn in Germany, soaked in the romance of Paris, and stood in awe at the stunning Mont Saint-Michel and the coastal charm of St. Malo. We indulged in so much fresh seafood in both towns—it was a treat.
I also made beautiful memories in Brussels and the fairy-tale city of Bruges, where we stayed in the loveliest little bed & breakfast.
Summer brought long days, golden light, and a kind of carefree energy that made everything feel wonderfully alive.

Then came Autumn in Australia, 2024. There’s a quiet magic in autumn—especially when you’re driving along the Great Ocean Road or standing in the crisp air of the Blue Mountains near Sydney. The colours, the breeze, the feeling of winding down—it was all so grounding. The pace of life felt slower, but in a way that made me breathe deeper and take everything in with more intention.

And of course, there’s Winter—my European winter in 2024 felt like stepping into a storybook. Prague’s stunning architecture, the snow falling gently in Brno and Bratislava, the sparkling night lights of Budapest, and the festive beauty of Vienna and Salzburg. I loved every single Christmas market, every cup of warm drink in my mittened hands. It was cold, yes, but also deeply comforting.

So, what’s my favourite season? I’m not sure if I have one. Maybe my favourite is simply the one that holds the best memories at the time—when I’m somewhere new, with someone I love, or feeling a little more like myself. Each season gave me that, in its own way.
Sometimes, I wish I could just hop from one place to another, chasing each season in the part of the world where it feels most magical. Summer in France, autumn in Australia, winter in Eastern Europe… What a dream that would be.
So no, I can’t choose. But maybe that’s the best part.
What about you?
