The past two days have been a warm blur—busy, but in the best way. I’ve been catching up with old friends over dinner, the kind who knew you through messy workdays, shared lunches, and those “remember when” moments that still make you laugh years later.
We talked about life—where we’re headed, how we’ve changed, and what we’re still figuring out. Somehow, the conversation always circles back to the past. We reminisced about our time as colleagues, about old bosses and bizarre office politics, and laughed over inside jokes that somehow still feel fresh.
There’s a special kind of comfort in these catch-ups. No need to filter or explain too much. Just pick up where we left off, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and let time soften the edges of everything we used to stress over.
It’s good. Really good. I didn’t realise how much I needed that familiar feeling of being around people who truly get you—who knew the version of you that existed before now.

Here’s to old stories, good company, and the kind of laughter that never really fades.
