Ever since I started working many years ago, I begin to find myself feeling upset at the slightest thing my colleague or co-worker didn’t do; or didn’t do it well.
In fact, when I started working part-timer while I was still in school, I already realised how I get frustrated at people who don’t get things done; or don’t get it done right.
As years go on, when work begin to get stable and on track. Those sights of half *^%# job irks me. I will ponder over how such people existed and how could they just do things half way and just call it a day to head home. I will give all sorts or reason to make myself feel better such as “oh maybe they have appointments” or whatever.
Lately I begin to think I am incompetent. Lol! But anyhow, I am trying to manage that now to make myself feel better.
