Weekend is always the time when I use it to recuperate from the busy week. Like I have always been saying, eversince I started this job, I struggle to keep a balance.
Anyway, I slept really early yesterday but it wasn’t quality sleep. I just kept waking up in the off hours until I gave up around 9plus in the morning.
I was feeling super hungry. But only decided to cook something around 12noon. 
None other than the same old food from The Philippines. Sinigang. It’s a mix from a packet.

It’s sourish and it’s super appetising. They have the one meant for pork.
And I found some left over Roasted Pork and heated it up. 
Weekends are for junks. 😂
