Ashes in the Light

I spent my morning with 3 babies today. One was already quite a big boy but you know how kids are babies no matter how old they get?

So anyway, I love babies. Love babies! Yes, I bold it. It’s been awhile since I met up with my excolleagues. The previous meetup was during a wedding but we didnt catch up much.

My office mom said her Son wanted to go to the playground so I said ok, since I was available. We had this planned long ago without having a last minute possibility of work. But whatever it is, it happened. Supposedly in the afternoon but because tickets need to be bought, we had it in the morning instead. So she asked another excolleague along with her 2 kids.

Morning was crazy and I think I had a long week working later already. So I couldn’t catch up and my mom’s boy thought I didn’t wanna play with him.

So nevermind. I caught up and play with him until it was lunch time! 😏 Lucky me. 😂

I finally had my first ever lo-hen for the year. I was helping Banquet Ops but havent done one on my own. But Yay! I finally did it. LOL!

Then I ordered a seafood congee as my main to go with. Which tasted as good.

After lunch, the babies were tired. So parents had to leave while I had back to the office. Yups, so pathetic to be working on a Saturday.

I was craving for the boat noodles and wanted to meet up with my SHRI peeps. But because one of them couldn’t make it, I just had to satisfy my cravings.

I did what I do best. – Going alone. LOL

And the boat noodles. I actually ordered another plate of fish sauce winglet. But I ate it first before the pictures. Sorry guys, next time. Lol!
